The other part is getting people to understand it, trust it, buy it,
adopt it and keep buying it.

Experience
My career has taken me from public relations and marketing into more than two decades of healthcare sales and commercialization.
I've sold inside global organizations including 3M and Becton Dickinson. I've worked alongside early-stage healthcare companies introducing products the market has never seen before. I've helped founders build sales processes before they had sales teams. I've launched products, stood in trade show booths, opened doors, lost deals, won deals and worked through the thousand small decisions between “this product works” and “people are buying it.”
Today, through Prime Time Sellers, I bring those worlds together.

Where It Stalls
01
Your product gets strong reactions, but deals take too long to close.
02
You're getting meetings, but not enough movement afterward.
03
The founder is still carrying too much of the sales process.
04
Your team describes the value differently depending on who's talking.
05
You know who could buy, but not necessarily who will buy first.
06
Reimbursement, workflow or market access is creating friction you didn't anticipate.
07
You've invested in trade shows, pilots or partnerships without a clear path to what happens next.
These aren't isolated sales problems. They're
commercialization problems.

Health Wildcatters
Through my work as a mentor with Health Wildcatters, I get to work alongside healthcare startups at the cutting edge of innovation, from medical devices and digital health apps to consumer health products and entirely new models of care.
The business models are just as varied: B2B, D2C, B2B2C and plenty that don't fit neatly into a box.
That breadth matters. Every company brings a different buyer, market, adoption challenge and path to growth. Working across them continually sharpens how I think about commercialization and reinforces something I believe deeply:
There is no one-size-fits-all playbook for bringing healthcare innovation to market.

I want to help you see the commercial picture clearly, understand what matters most and know what to do next.
